| Who this site is for | This site is intended for adults of legal gambling age (18 or 19 depending on the province or territory in Canada) only. Nothing here is directed at under-age readers, and we knowingly collect no data from them. |
| Your rights | The law, with its usual exceptions, lets you ask what we hold about you and seek access, correction or deletion. Your location may also give you rights to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, to withdrawing consent, and to complaining to your privacy regulator. Send the request through the Contact page and it will be dealt with. |
| About cookies | None of the cookies on this site are ours: we set no analytics, advertising or preference cookies. Our security and content-delivery provider may set essential cookies needed to filter malicious traffic and keep the site available. They are technical rather than commercial, and nothing here becomes unreadable if you block cookies. |
| Commercial links | An outbound link to an operator may include a referral marker, which is how a visit gets credited to us. It does not tell us who you are, yet markers, click identifiers, IP addresses and like technical data may still be personal information in law — we prefer to state that rather than pretend otherwise. |
| The rules we work to | Our readership is in Canada, and the site is published with that in mind. To the extent they cover what we do, Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR are the applicable regimes. Which of them applies is a question of where we operate and whom we aim at, not of where you happen to be reading from. |
| How long records last | Server logs are kept by our host on its ordinary rotation and are not retained by us beyond that. Email correspondence is deleted once the matter it concerns is closed, unless we need it to deal with a legal claim. |
